Detailed Product Description

We produce precision machined parts from brass, aluminum and stainless steel stock for use in our lighting products. We also manufacture precision machined parts for other industries, and perform machining operations on our own die castings or on extrusions when high dimensional tolerances are required for the application.

Because of the high precision nature of our machining work, we maintain specialized inspection equipment including a Tesa micro-hite gauge and CMM, and thus are able to do the in-line inspection work necessary to generate CpK data during a production run. We use the 6 Sigma system for our factory and machining operations process control.

We also assemble our precision machined parts into lighting fixtures, for low voltage systems and other relevant lighting applications.

We are an OEM and ODM manufacturer, so we don't have product photos to put on the website and don't have catalogue available, and don't have existing products to sell. All we make is proprietary to our customers.
